Duration: 2hrs. 

Meeting point: In front of the statue on the main square of Bruges (Grote Markt), or behind it in case of an event. You'll recognize us by our red vest and red umbrella. Please be there 10 min before starting time to secure your spot on the tour. Remember, if it's not red, it's not legendary!

Places we visit: Market square, cloth halls, palace of Gruuthuse, old St John’s hospital, beguinage, Lake of Love, Half Moon brewery, Stove street, Church of Our Lady, Bonifacius bridge, Groeninge museum, Dijver, Rozenhoedkaai, Fish market and Burg square.

Price: Whatever you feel it's worth to you (donations accepted)

Booking is optional. However, we try to work with a maximum of 25 people per tour and bookees will receive priority.

Get off the beaten track with a local, find out the ancient stories hidden behind the walls and discover a side of Bruges most tourists never get to see. The tour ends with a free beer at the Bauhaus, where you'll have the option to join our fabulous beer tasting.

Places we visit: Market square, Bourse square, Pottery Maker street, Augustine bridge, Ghost house, Jan van Eyck square, House of Purgatory, Golden Hand canal, Long Canal, Vlissinghe bar, St-Anna quarter, Jerusalem church, St-Janshuis mill, Cross gate.

Best of Bruges: History, Chocolate & Beer Tour

On this tour we first take you to the oldest chocolate shop in town where the chocolatier will give you a demonstration of how those delicious pralines are made, and of course you’ll get to taste them as well. Loaded up on sugar, our local guide will take you on a tour of medieval Bruges to dive into the legendary history of our glorious city. Finally, we round off the tour with a freshly brewed beer and a visit of the most romantic brewery in town. So yeah, we really do mean the Best of Bruges!

When: Every day at 10h00 (English, all year)
